Patricio: Hi MDK, Wow waht a great DVD... just spent a few hours learning the first few lessons... great quality and well taught... I'm very pleased with my purchase. If any improvment could be made I would only say could there be a 'repeat' funcion so that you can get a lick to play continually? or what aboutt a not showingthe BPM so that we can use the correct tempo using the drum patterns... overall a wonderful job... I look forward to more downloads in the future.... especially for IPad
MarloweDK: Great to hear, enjoy it:-)

Hi Casimer
Really enjoying your tutorials and belated congtrats to securing the scholorship – much deserved. Just a comment on modal approach and my experience with introducing this concept to my students who are new to theory – usually approaching these scales as patterns put people off – or it becomes a memorising game – instead, I utilise the concept of just learing the 1 Major scale then I get them to start on different notes i.e. C Major (C to C) Ionian (D – D) Dorian etc…it takes a bit longer to command but then they aren’t relying on trying to remember all these scale patterns…and the parent Major approach opens up the improvisation possiblities…Cheers…CS
