Another great moment in my life, getting the chance to chat with my biggest bass inspiration Larry Graham.

The interview took place after the GCS concert july 4 at the ‘Jazz By The Sea’ venue during Copenhagen Jazz Festival 2011.
Thank you Larry Graham, Tina Graham and the band

Larry speaks of one of his biggest influences on guitar (which he started out with) Clarence Gatemouth Brown, where he learned the song ‘Okie Dokie Stomp’ note for note.

If someone deserved interviewing Larry, than it is you, Marlowe! Next level will be to hear him and you jam together…;-)
Congrats and keep up the great work you’re doing!!!

Marlowe DK thats Very cool! – Glad you got the opportunity to meet the bass player who inspires you most! I met one of my favorite bassist Tom “T-Bone” Wolk on 7/2/07 who played for years with Hall & Oates! He passed suddenly in 2010 – I will always cherish this memory!

MarloweDK: Bruno, you are most welcome and im gratefully looking forward to your present:-)

2rad: Hello Marlow, I have sent you a gift for my yearly or so contribution to your very much appreciated efforts. There is a nice little box on its way from Canada.

MarloweDK: Most notation programs do that, i use guitar pro and sibelius ( for nicer notation)

grunz7: Hi - I am looking for a notation programm that can also handle deadnotes. Maybe even open source? Can you suggest something?

MarloweDK: My Slap bass app is now updated to iOS 7

MarloweDK: Den er opdateret nu:-)

MarloweDK: Den er sendt til apple , så det er inden for denne uge tror jeg, det har varet noget tid pgr af en tredjeparts plugin.Tak:-)
