Nice lick! Definitely mixolydian, but I think it is sometimes easy to mistake a major 3rd an octave up (so, a maj. 10th) for a maj. 7th. But, more importantly MarloweDK, all of your grooves/licks are just so funky and inspiring. I’m so glad that you’ve decided to share such great material on this website!

In the description it says Mixolydian… It uses the major 7th though. Am I missing something?

Nice lick however!

You must be tripping:-) No major7 in here

Patricio: Hi MDK, Wow waht a great DVD... just spent a few hours learning the first few lessons... great quality and well taught... I'm very pleased with my purchase. If any improvment could be made I would only say could there be a 'repeat' funcion so that you can get a lick to play continually? or what aboutt a not showingthe BPM so that we can use the correct tempo using the drum patterns... overall a wonderful job... I look forward to more downloads in the future.... especially for IPad

MarloweDK: Great to hear, enjoy it:-)
