FavoriteLoadingAdd to favorites YouTube Preview Image

3rd part of this series of the Em dorian scale study in all positions

In this position you can reach from the G (the b3) on the Estring to the D (the b7) on the G string.

The lick is somewhat inspired by Miles Davis solo on his famous tune “So what”, THE study of the dorian minor mode.

This is a great one, it sounds phenomenol, and is a good exercise for me to get use to stretching.

This is a big Jazzy BaSS LIne. Not to hard to play and certainly cuts the cheese.

Patricio: Hi MDK, Wow waht a great DVD... just spent a few hours learning the first few lessons... great quality and well taught... I'm very pleased with my purchase. If any improvment could be made I would only say could there be a 'repeat' funcion so that you can get a lick to play continually? or what aboutt a not showingthe BPM so that we can use the correct tempo using the drum patterns... overall a wonderful job... I look forward to more downloads in the future.... especially for IPad

MarloweDK: Great to hear, enjoy it:-)
