With the double thumbing, are you catching the string with the side of the thumb at the thumbnail or knuckle on the upstroke?

Also, is the upstroke a brushing of the string or are your getting the thumb under the string and creating a little tension and then releasing it as you put the thumb away?

Many thanks and all blessings!
The nail part on upstroke and do it lightly without too much force
See the yuo tube videos on the subject (my videos from yuotube section)

fotp: Hi, who is your sandberg reseller ? thx

funkyjonx: Does anyone have pro tips or pointers for smooth slides? I find that I hear the individual frets/note much more than I would like.

Dug: would someone be so kind and do a tutorial on "i'll be there" by Marcus Miller? just thought i'd ask!!! thx Marlowe, i luv it here!!!

Patricio: Hi MDK, Wow waht a great DVD... just spent a few hours learning the first few lessons... great quality and well taught... I'm very pleased with my purchase. If any improvment could be made I would only say could there be a 'repeat' funcion so that you can get a lick to play continually? or what aboutt a not showingthe BPM so that we can use the correct tempo using the drum patterns... overall a wonderful job... I look forward to more downloads in the future.... especially for IPad

MarloweDK: Great to hear, enjoy it:-)

Soulburn: Finally I donwloaded the DVD, its simply amazing. I wait for more material like this. Thanks you very much! Cheers from Argentina

MarloweDK: Thank you, and yes, i will make something else for the next dvd
