L161 Disco bass w open string run
Add to favorites Disco bass with open string run, Im playing the bassline in Bb and Ab and using the open A string as part of the fast run – works fine for many reasons: its goes so fast that you actually dont hear the note, A is chromatic note to both Bb and Ab, I kinda mute the note too with my left hand…
James Jamerson did these open string runs a lot – many soul songs were in “jazz” keys – F, Bb, Eb, Ab, Db etc

I wish there was this sort of thing when I started in the mid 60′s. I really like this line.

If any improvment could be made I would only say could there be a 'repeat' funcion so that you can get a lick to play continually? or what aboutt a not showingthe BPM so that we can use the correct tempo using the drum patterns... overall a wonderful job... I look forward to more downloads in the future.... especially for IPad
